Purposes of data processing
We process data for the purpose of processing the contractual agreements made (management contract, agency contract) in the context of agency or management of the object for third parties (property owner or condominium association and apartment owners), prescribing and accounting for payments connected with the managed object, claims settlement. Processing includes documents created and archived with automated support (e.g. correspondence).

How long do we store your data ?
Data is retained for the duration of the contractual arrangement and after the end of it for as long as there is legal duty to retain it or until the expiry of any periods of limitation for potential legal claims.
Who do we pass your data on to?
Only the (minimum necessary) personal data is only passed on where it is required for the discharge of contractual obligations, as is required on a legal basis. Storage of data
When you visit our web site, your IP address, start and end of the session are captured for the duration of this session. Google processes the data of website use on our behalf and is contractually obliged to ensure measures to ensure the confidentiality of the data processed.
The data recorded during your visit to the website includes the following:

• The achievement of “website-targets” (e.g. contact enquiries and newsletter subscriptions)
• Your actions on the pages (for example, clicks, scrolling actions and duration of stay)
• Your approximate location (country and city)
• Your IP address (in abbreviated form so that no individual identification is possible)
• Technical information like browser, internet service provider, end device and screen resolution
• Origin of your visit (i.e. via which web site or advertising material you came to us)
This data is transferred to a server in the USA. Google observes the data protection stipulations of the “EU-US Privacy Shield” agreement.
Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for two years since your last visit. The cookies contain a randomly generated user ID with which you can be recognised in future web site visits.
The data recorded are stored with the randomly generated user ID which enables the analysis of pseudonymous user profiles. These user-related data are deleted automatically after 14 months. Other data remain stored without deadline in aggregated from.
If you do not agree to this collection of data, you can prevent it with the one-time installation of the browser add-on to de-activate Google Analytics.
Your rights
You have the fundamental right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, transferability, revocation and objection in respect of your data that is stored by us.
