DIRECTOR

Born in Vienna in 1982, I first completed my studies in law at the Law Faculty of the University of Vienna, which I left in 2005 with a Masters in Law. I completed my studies of Economic Science at the Economic Science University of Vienna in 2011 with the Masters of Social and Economic Science.
As part of my post-graduate study, I studied at the 2007 Santa Clara University School of Law, California, USA from July to December 2007, and finished in 2009 with a “Master of Law in US Law Major“ and a “Master of Law in European and International Commercial Law“.
In October 2009,I successfully completed the examination to be registered as a lawyer in Austria.
Before my path took me into the property world, I was employed in a law office in Vienna as a trainee particularly in the fields of company law and property law.

Most recently, I ran the all-in-one Gebäudeverwaltung [Buildings Management] GmbH from 2011 until 2020 as managing partner. In this role, it has been possible to build the newly-founded company from the management of two “starting objects” to a commercially powerful company with 15 employees and nearly 190 properties under management. In the process of a division of the business,a large number of clients have accompanied me very happily to convival Immobilien – legally for the moment a part-operation of all-in-one Gebäudeverwaltung. After the separation is completed, convival Immobilien will be in my sole ownership. I am very pleased to now be using my previous experience to provide continuity for currently approximately 80 properties. In my new challenge, I place particular value on very personal access to out clients. At the same time, we also place great value on the optimisation of work processes. This is why we use modern tools(e.g., APP), to make decisions from now on almost paper-free.
